What is a workspace?
A practice, department or company. It runs several studies, and its members are invited by role. The plan limits are per workspace: open studies, subjects per study, team members and document reads a day.
Are there per-study or setup fees?
No. A plan is a monthly price per workspace. There is no implementation fee and no module to add.
Can we try it before we pay?
Yes. The Pilot plan is free: two open studies, twenty-five subjects each and five team members, with every feature.
What does Enterprise add?
Multi-site programs with sites and sponsors in one workspace, a signed quality agreement, support for your audits and a named contact. It is priced by agreement.
